Returns

This is what we believe to be reasonable guidelines for returns.

• Customer must inspect item upon delivery and call immediately if package is damaged or product is defective.
• Customer must call within 5 working days from when the product is received for an RMA.
• Item must be returned within 7 days from date received.
• Product must be returned in the original box, and with all packaging.
• Insurance is required on some products. This may be required on some returns.
• MallAboutTown will pay return shipping and/or insurance only if the product is damaged or defective.
• Shipping payment is decided based upon the reason the item is being returned.
• Shipping on original order is not refundable.
• NOT a return: 5% discount toward another purchase if item is out of stock or back ordered
