If an item you ordered from MallAboutTown.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it by mail within 14 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted on our Return Policy. How long could the return process take.Return process can take two to three weeks.

What is the total delivery time for my order?The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time. Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. You can usually base the processing time from 1 to 2 business days. Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping time below. When can I expect my order to arrive?When estimating delivery time it is 7 to 10 days. Which consists of 1 to 2 days for processing and 5 business days for delivery. Delivery will depend on where in the country you are located. How are my shipping costs determined?We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address. If you select a different shipping method or multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout. What if I'm not shipping to my billing address?If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly. What if my order didn't arrive?If the time exceeds the designated delivery time, call 423.506.3810 or e-mail: support@mallabouttown.com. We will follow up with you by phone or e-mail within 24 hours. What if I am missing an item.Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. If you still have questions about items missing, please e-mail or call us 423.506.3810. We will follow up with you by phone or e-mail within 24 hours. What if an Item Is Damaged or Defective?We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive from MallAboutTown.com does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us. How to change or cancel an orderIf you need to change an existing order, you can either cancel the order and place a new one, or you can place a new order for the items that you did not include in the first order. You can cancel an order anytime during Checkout by clicking "Empty Cart" or select delete. You can also cancel an order after you've completed it, provided that we have not already finished processing the order for shipment.* To cancel after your order is completed, call Customer Service at 423.506.3810 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (ET), 7 days a week. If there is no answer provide your name and invoice number. We will respond within 24 hours. *We will do our best to act on your request to cancel orders after you have placed them. However, we fill orders quickly and may have already processed your order for shipping. If we are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them. How do I checkoutReview the items in your shopping cart. If you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click in the box for that item, then click "delete." The item will move from your current shopping cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your cart - click on "Submit Order." You will be taken to Step 1 of the Checkout process.
